Tips for Exhibitors:
- Each exhibit must be an individual exhibit, except school exhibits.
- Any junior entering will compete in the grade in June 2024
- Entries that do not meet the rules and regulations (ie. Size) will be disqualified.
- Be sure and not re-enter articles from previous years.

- Stay seated while the bus is in motion.
- No loud or boisterous talking.
- Keep all parts of your body inside the windows.
- Do not throw any objects around in the bus.
- No fighting or swearing on the bus.

Rules and Regulations for Almonte Fair Poster
- Promoting ALMONTE FAIR, name and date of fair must be clearly shown on poster.
- Must be hand drawn
- Poster size: minimum 8½” x 11” to maximum 11” x 17” without border
- Each entry must be centered on cardstock or Bristol board with a 2” border on all four sides.
