Exhibitor Information:
  • Show starts at 12:00pm on Sunday September 13, 2026
  • All entries must be received by September 10, 2026. No entries will be accespted on show day.
  • Only 1 exhibit per exhibitor will be accepted in Sections 8 & 9. 
  • All animals must be legibly tattooed and must have a pedigree available for verification.
  • All animals must be in a healthy condition, free of all disease and must comply with the Health Regulations                             of the Health of Animals Division of Agriculture Canada.
  • Calves shown as a unit with their dam in ow or 2 year old female classes ARE eligible for 2026 calf classes.
  • Exhibitors must carry their own liability insurance and must provide proof of insurance when entering on Assist Expo. Entries will not be accepted with out valid insurance.
  • No entry fees, Fair’s share is 15% of prize money.

Policy for Livestock Exhibitors
Gate Admission Regulations: Livestock truck and driver – FREE.
All others pay normal admission. As has been the policy of the fair, Livestock truck and driver will be admitted to the fair FREE. All others must have a pass or pay. If anyone requires more passes, they must contact the committee chair.

  8. Breeder’s Herd: A group of 4 animals bred by the exhibitor with BOTH sexes represented and must be exhibited in one of Sections 1 to 8. At least one animal must be owned by the exhibitor.  Limited to one exhibit per exhibitor.                        ​
  9. Get of Sire: A group of 3 animals from the same sire, both sexes represented. At least one animal must be owned by the exhibitor, animals must be shown in previous sections. Limit to one exhibit per exhibitor.
