Entries accepted at main hall on Thursday September 10, 2026, from 3-9pm
Exhibits are to be picked up on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 4-5pm

Tips for Exhibitors:
  • Root vegetables-tops trimmed to 1”.
  • Vegetables should be carefully brushed, not washed.
  • Vegetables exhibited on paper plates.
  • All vegetables & specimen flowers must be grown by the exhibitor.
  • Potted plants must have been cared for by exhibitor for at least 3 months.
  • Hanging baskets & planters must have been in the care of the exhibitor for at least 3 months.
  • Material for floral design may be obtained from any source.

  82. "Rural Routes" - a wayside design composed of common and plentiful flowers, foliage, fungi and/or weeds. Plants listed as endangered, threatened or invasive should not be used.
  83. "Autumn Wreath" - a wreath of fresh or dried material
  84. "Proud to be a Canadian" - a design in red and white
  85. "Carrots, Parsnips & Taters, Oh My!" - a mass design incorporating any root vegetables
  86. "Picture This" - a design incorporating a frame not more than 40cm (16") in any direction


Design Class Definitions:
Mass: a design with a large quantity of material arranged with a closed silhouette with few or no voids.
Pave: design of plant material cut short, close together to form mounds of colours, textures, shapes and sizes

Small: a design from 13.9cm - 25.4 cm (5.5 - 10") in any direction
Vertical: a design in which components are arranged on an axis perpendicular to the horizon
Interpretive: a design where given theme is suggested by the selection and organization of the elements
