Exhibitor Information:
  • Insurance is required. Proof of insurance must be presented to show secretary before exhibitors will be allowed to compete. Proof can be included with entries or shown day of the show.
  • Entries can be emailed or called in directly to show chairperson.
  • $6/per class or $30 all day entrance fee per exhibitor
  • All exhibitors must hold a current NLAS membership. Next years membership will automatically e deducted from prize money. $10.
  • Prize money will not be paid at ringside day of show. Payouts will be processed post show.
  • ​No Coggins required.
  • No Stallions allowed on the grounds.
  • No coaching will be tolerated from the rails.
  • Proper equestrian show attire expected, based on the discipline/tack used – unless otherwise instructed by the judge on show day. Running shoes and shorts are strictly prohibited.
  • Youth refers to an individual under 18 years of age as of January 1, 2026
  • Adult refers to an individual over 18 years of age as of January 1, 2026
  • Questions or inquiries pertaining to the Almonte Fair light horse show can be directed to Light horse secretary/chairperson listed above.
