RULES & REGULATIONS

Entries accepted at main hall on Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 3-9pm
Exhibits are to be picked up on Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 4-5pm

Tips for Exhibitors:
  • Each exhibit must be an individual exhibit, except school exhibits.
  • Any junior entering will compete in the grade in June 2025
  • Entries that do not meet the rules and regulations (ie. Size) will be disqualified.
  • Be sure and not re-enter articles from previous years.

  1. Decorate an ice cream cone on a base with icing and candies 
  2. Make a pinecone snowy owl using pinecone, cotton balls and other material on a base.
  3. Make flower(s) using coffee filters and decorate with any material and put in a jar.
  4. Picture taken from a colouring book (crayon)

    Jr. & Sr. Kindergarten
  5. Make and decorate a crown
  6. A cut out paper snowflake. Please mount on coloured construction paper
  7. Butterfly made out of coffee filters and decorate with any material
  8. Paper bag puppet “Turkey”, lunch bag size
  9. Printing, first name only (on lined paper)
  10. A dragonfly created by tracing a hand on paper (8½” x11”) and using other materials to decorate it.

School Bus Safety Rules
  1. Stay seated while the bus is in motion.
  2. No loud or boisterous talking.
  3. Keep all parts of your body inside the windows.
  4. Do not throw any objects around in the bus.
  5. No fighting or swearing on the bus.
